knock on front when going over bumps and dips

there is knock that i hear when i go over bumps and dips at speed less than 10mph straight up. anything over that speed, the knock isn't present. it is very unusual because the noise is not present either if i hit the bump at an angle.

i took it to SCM and they said it's normal, so i guess they heard it too. they didn't do anything to fix.

anybody hearing the same noise on their X? let me know what to look at.
