i used nitto nt05s on my X and they were very good on the track and the street. i will be running them on my new car, but i might get the nt05r drag radial

I came from a different world where drag radials where on my car all the time. Oh and it only got 5 miles a gallon. :)

Hankook RS3 are nice A LOT of track guys are using them nowadays and they are good for the streets as well not to mention price is not bad.
Another good tire is the R888's if you have more money to play with O0

NT05 are the ones you probably want to go with. Best bang for the buck and good on both track & street. And if you got little more funds, go with the Toyo R888s. One of the best R-Compound tires for the track. :)

I've always been a fan of the Falken Azenis 615's. Ran them at the track a few times and I was very impressed! Just my opinion..

Stay away from the NT05's, my opinion.Â* It's a shit tire with no grip even for a slow ass stock evo X.Â* In the rain, it's the worst even driving way below the speed limit.

Piece of shit tires and hate them even with 7400 miles.Â* Time to change and good riddance to Nitto, pieces of crap risking me and my family.

Looking for other options now for my X.

I run R888's on my IX but that's my weekend evo, but need a better daily tire for the X.

Fu$k Nitto :knuppel2:

Hankook rs3 or 595 rs-r is what I would choose... I'm running the rs3 now and gonna get a couple extra sets and a track set of wheels to have r comps.... BFG R1....

Tires are personal preference and rs3 is the minimum I would run with my suspension - eibach pro r2 and 500whp...

Base it off your NEEDS
