For the Evo X the one in the second pic works but I haven't seen it on the 8/9. The reason that set up works is because the flat piece can bolt down to the front crash beam and then the tow hook just hangs down.

I'm with Ben on this. If you have one that swivels or hangs down for the 8/9 in RED that would sell. Also if the material is good that would be a plus. Many people wouldn't be too interested if the 1st time the tow hook is used, all the paint scraps off and becomes silver or black. Defeats the purpose of getting a colored one. They should just offer it in silver or black only if that's the case.

Make sure it is useable on the USDM bumper for the Evo X, I think there is a small square push-out already in the front bumper for something just like a tow hook. The hangie-down one gets my vote---and no paint scrape-offs (sell those to the STi boys).
