need someone to change immobilizer code

i have a evo 8 that just got swapped over to a evo 9 engine now the problem is i think therees an immobizer code on the ecu on the car i need someone that knows about ecus to take that off

ps the car doesnt move because of this

already did they dont have any evo 9 s over there right now that they can hook it up to instead of me towing the car over there
