Hello everyone, im trying to find out the answers to the following questions.
1) At what PSI does the Oil Pump go into "By Pass" mode.
2) At what temp does the Oil Cooler Thermostat kick in?
3) Has anyone recorded any type of "variance" of Oil PSI when switching from 30w oil to 40w to 50w? and if so what were you "start up" PSI's and your High RPM PSI's.
4) Does the OEM ECU record Oil Pressure? I do not see anywhere on EvoScan where it shows Oil PSI. I know there is a oil pressure sending unit on the 8/9 but does it just act as a "switch" that is triggered by the ECU when PSI drops to a dangerous level? If so, What is the PSI when the Oil Idiot light is supposed to come on.
