So my car was recently stolen and crashed, One tire was completely blown out the others pretty trashed but still holding air, the rim on the blown out tire has a pretty bad dent, The insurance company has chosen to replace 3 rims and 1 tire?? I was under the impression you cant run 3 bald tires and 1 new tire? and why just 3 rims they are the cheap stock X enkeis? If any one can shed some light and or shoot me some suggestions thatd be great.

the insurance company is only going to pay what they feel was damaged in the incident, nothing more. In fact, they might not even pay for the entire cost of the tire since it would be what they call "betterment", meaning you are getting a new tire when before you had a used tire. They should probably have the other rims repaired or replaced.

If they do end up giving you only 1 tire, you have a couple of options.
1) Shave down the 1 new tire to match the other 3.
2) If the other 3 are almost dead, but 3 new ones to match the new one.
