Clean oil isnt what fixes it. Dirty oil would have been what killed it. Lots of carbon in the oil wears on the timing chain. It stretches and the ECU sees that it has stretched. Or crap in the oil plugs up a solenoid or a control valve. Basically the ECU does not like where the two cams are in relation to each other.

If they are not in the right alignment really, then either the chain stretched or the MIVEC system isnt working right.

It is also possible that they are in the correct relationship to each other but the sensors are tripping.

It should be a warranty repair. Put your stock intake and exhaust back on and get it to a dealer. Nothing you are going to troubleshoot yourself or over the internets past this point. Bring your oil change service receipts. Wouldn't hurt to show up with somewhat clean looking oil. Showing up with black oil hurts your warranty chances.
