Tim also served as the lead R&D calibrator for Subaru Off-The-Shelf maps and was responsible for the successful training of the current Subaru R&D calibrators. Tim currently is the Lead R&D Calibrator for all Nissan GT-R Off-The-Shelf maps, including a series of Beta High Power maps that extract the maximum available power out of the stock GT-R fuel system’s capabilities. He is also a critical part of the Nissan GT-R Expert Group, responsible for AccessTUNER Pro software and AccessPORT firmware field testing and validation.

Creating street-worthy, big-build tunes is one thing, but Tim’s racing calibration experience is equally as impressive. His motorsports efforts include top-ranked IFO Street Class and Pro Class Drag Racing, Global Time Attack, Redline Time Attack, SCCA IT, Open Class Rally and Solo2 Autocross race cars. The COBB Tuning Motorsports team dominated the 2010 Redline Time Attack championships, leveraging Tim’s calibration expertise to take both the AWD Street and AWD Modified class championships, setting 6 new track records along the way. Most recently, Tim worked with LIC Motorsports to tune their Modified Class Subaru STI using the AccessPORT’s new Speed Density tuning logic to take the Global Time Attack Modified Class win and set yet another track record at Infineon Raceway.
