Anyone tried these tires yet? Just about totally worn out the stock Advans so its time for tire shopping!
Been looking at the AD08, Hankook RS3 and Federal RSR

very stiff straight side walls, but shouldn't matter with stockers. i believe these have a low wear rating too.

yes sir.. they have a treadwear of 140... so they will not last too long as a daily driven tire. but you can flip them when they start to show camber wear.

awsome fucking tires, mine lasted about 25k with a lot of crazy on ramp stunts, I am going back to the r1r when my rs3s are done

def. not the performance of an rs3...but a much better more daily driver sport street tire.

Thanks 925 for the personal history account. Right now they are quite a bit cheaper than RS3's and all the others I was looking at.

-The Claw, did you happen to see a comparison of this tire vs the RS3 or have you had a set of each?

I have these on my X and not really happy. Mueller set these up for me and my first set were defected. The second set seems still to be flawed as my car keeps pulling and I've had John to look at the issue a few times as well as another suspension expert.

Will change and looking for something more reliable and a brand (Toyo) that is not faulty.

Great tires !!!! I' m near the end of life on my set and have literally beat these tires up but can say they never failed. If you play with tire pressure you will extend the life but really guys if your buying a 140 rated tire why do you even care about mileage.
