screeching @ cruising speed

i cant figure it out, my car makes a screeching sound when im cruising at the same mph for a while around 60-65 on the fwy
if you ever heard one of those stupid "deer whistle" bullshit. sounds just like that. last time i went to the dealership they said my brakes are 40% could it be that?

I know this is a late response but mine did this today after a canyon run. Turns out i was getting on the brakes pretty hard and had quite a bit of dust collected. Shot the shit out of all four corners with spray can brake cleaner from walmart and viola, no more squeaking. Dunno if that was your issue but it sounds like what happened with me and thats what fixed it for me. Hope this helped.
