Loud Rattle Coming From Heat Shield

I noticed i have a huge rattle coming from the heat shield that sits under the car where the trunk over the canisters, has anyone else experience this as well if so how did you fix it? also would it be bad if remove the heat shield?

they say removing the heat shield could start a fire in your engine bay.. im sure its a easy fix just check all the bolts
