Somethings wrong

Wasup g uys well here's my prob.I have a 2011 WW X..GSR....17,000
Somethings wrong with my drivetrain ...When I'm in gear 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th ...and I give it gas its does not catch the gear ..its revs like it would be in neutral ..then the gear catches..if I give it to much gas the RPM go up but it seam like the gear won't catch right away..even on cruise control on the FWY if I click it twice it just Rebs up a lil then the gear kicks in.it gives me no problems in shiftin..the gears still go in with no problem...
it will be going to the dealer this weekend to get it checked out..
But any suggestions Wat the problem might be guys?

Clutch of course! sounds like clutch slippage

Need a new clutch like others have said. Should think about getting a stronger aftermarket clutch.

All depends on what you want to do with the car and mods etc.. on the Evo X theres alot of choices.. ygpm

I would think that if you run through a clutch in only 17,000 miles, you probably aren't using it correctly or never learned how. Not to get down on you, but I think you would therefore need a stronger, aftermarket clutch.
