Extended steering wheel hubs are fun for a while. Until you go to hit the blinkers EVERY SINGLE TIME. Unless you also extend your fingers it sucks. The best way would be to extend the whole column. No one has wanted to pay for that yet though. I cant see any other way to keep the air bag and all still working.

How about a pedal reduction? That might help.
