Do I need Front Lower Ball Joints and Outer Tie Rod Ends-Bump Steer Correction??

Just recently purchased this item for my 08 GSR Evo X:
1) GTWORX TARMAC SPORTS SPRINGS
2) HOTCHKIS FRONT AND REAR SWAY BAR WITH HEAVY DUTY END LINKS

The GTWORX spring will only lower the Evo X about a little over an inch... Is the bump steer correction necessary for my suspension set up? I did my research and those that have there vehicle extremely dropped recommended to have the bump steer correction installed. I don't want to waste my money on the bump steer correction unless it is needed. Thanks for the help!!
