My buddy was driving his evo ix last night and as he was exiting the freeway he attempted to put his tranny into neutral and once he did that his clutch pedal went in all the way easily without any pressure became stuck to the floor, he then pulled over to pull out the clutch using his hands. After that we were unable to push it in again. Its stuck and stiff as hell :'( and now we cant drive the car. Any ideas whats wrong with it?

fk man happenede to me over summer, yeah the throw out bearing popped off :( there's an inspection hole underneath the tranny that you can check into to see if its completely wasted, if you're lucky you can pop it back in but 90% chance you're gonna have to do a complete clutch job for a $20 part :/

All this shop jocking is cool. People love the shops they go to. I feel the same way about RRE. It happens in every thread. BUT where are you? Depending on where you are, whatever solid vendor on this site is the most accesible is probably your best bet.

Best answer!
Every area have their own specialized shop, its more reasonable to go to the one your closer to. Unless you are looking for the cheapest/fastest turn around time. Then you will have some info digging to do.
