Thanks for reporting these. We're aware of the PM issue and are working to resolve. We too also noticed the dates. I haven't noticed missing threads. Looking in to this as well.

I think it might be that all threads are dated 12/31/1969, and defaulting to alphabetical order :/

You gotta go in and do that yourself. Delete all the tags and stuff, then use the buttons on the sig editor to fix it. You can use some of the MS Word shortcuts too, like ctrl+I for italic and ctrl+B for bold.

On the old ver. I can go to the advance search and use a user filter. I used my username, it only found my recent post (todays).

I also tried using keywords. I plan to go to C&C this weekend since i'll be in the area for my daugther's color guard competition. I tried "Cars & Coffee" and only saw 2 in the result.

several things got delete it and re-organized. Aside the fact that classified's was clean along with some other threads. This will create to those who participated in those threads a decrease of post count. This is a great opportunity to take and participate in the new Socal forums. Post count can be obtain, rank shouldn't be an issue.

The rank is not too big of a deal. I was reporting what my exprience is so far on the new platform.

It's just an adjustment phase.

In regards of the search, it seems that search tool is only looking at the new post since the move and not the transplated data from the old site. Is it indexing the relocated data?

Also the "Recent Posts" section on the home page has some delays comapared to the "What's New" section.

Btw, congrats on the new Outlander.

you can look through them in the old website that has been left as archives. You cannot post or edit any of the information found in there, but you can look through your old pm box.

Over the last week we've received several reports of members seeing the PMs of other members in their PM inbox. Obviously this causes a lot of concern for us. In a test environment, we've re-run the conversion from the old SCE to this new software with similar results. 10 years worth of PMs and some apparently corrupted data are screwing up the migration tool, leading to this issue. As a result, we will be clearing the PM inbox of all users on Thursday, 4/11. Old and new PMs will be wiped. Not all is lost though. Please read below.

The good news is that we've enabled an archive of "old SCE" for users to log in and see their PMs prior to March 30th, when we migrated the site over. Several users have asked that we provide a way for them to access their pre-migration PM inbox. Unfortunately any PMs between 3/31 and 4/10 will be wiped systematically.

On behalf of the SCE team, we apologize for this inconvenience. It really sucks that we had this issue as most everything else went smoothly. We hope you can understand and join us in looking forward to what the new SCE platform brings for our community.

not a problem... Trust me, I had well over 2k. After the new tweak, I lost all the pm's i currently had on the new site. I know it takes time to get used to but at least we have transition to vbulletin board..
