So I was thinking Of getting coils for my 2010 GSR and was looking at the Megan street series. Does anyone have any input on them? Thanx

They are fine, just on how you get them setup.

Great all around coils... especially for the price. I've had street and track versions. I prefer the track versions though. Never had any issues with them.

the street version usually has softer springs.. and the track version a bit stiffer.. but to answer you're question they are not bouncy

oh ok sweet. I ask cause I have a few friends with them on there subi's and there really bouncy.

I wonder why. But overall, cheap coilovers, get them setup correctly, overall balance of hardware usage and spring usage. Then your all set, set the damper setting so it wont be bouncy.

Megan track coilovers r great! They feel somewhat like stock suspension.

probably cause those subi's are super slammed lol

Anyone have problems with the springs being loose on the strut?

The older versions had an issue with the lock rings coming loose, which would cause that. They fixed that issue on the newer versions. Mine are not bouncy at all... as long as you get them setup properly for the conditions they will normally be under, you will be happy.
