JIC FLT-TAR coilover???

i was looking at FLT-TAR for the x, and had some questions.
how is the performance (http://forums.evolutionm.net/#) on the hard version F 11k/ R 14k?
i'm not use to the idea of putting softer springs on a front heavy car (http://forums.evolutionm.net/#) (my first evo).
build quality?
durable for DD and occasional track use?

Considering you really can't get them anymore, I don't think it matters. Also, why do you have evom links in your post?

I know two people who had this from their previous Evo Xs. They both agreed that it handled great and the hard version 10k/14k were fine for daily use. It's true that they're hard to find, but fortunately one of my buddy still has his for sale.
