I hope this is the right spot to post this, sorry if not. I bought a 2005 8 MR that was tuned by RoadRace and has a Hallman MBC. My question is, can I just turn the boost up and down and be safe and run good? Or would I need to retune if I decided to increase/decrease the boost via the MBC knob. I really can't locate an answer on this. I hear some yes and some no on the matter and wondered if anyone had a definite answer!

I don't recommend turning it up. Down maybe since it's been hot.

Even turning it down, wouldn't you need to retune it though? My thinking is that higher boost would lean out and lower boost would run richer. I just am not sure if that is the correct thinking...

You're best off leaving it where its at if it hasn't been messed with since it was tuned. If you turn it up there is a good chance it will hit the boost limit if one was put in. You can get away with turning it down if the lower load levels were tuned too.

Good Luck
