Help needed ASAP!!!! please

I have an issue on my evo 8, when i take off in 1st i hear this knocking sound that has been botherinng me. I jacked up the car from the front driver side and moved the wheel back and forth when suddenly i hear the same sound again, it comes from te transmission, I just dont know what it is I even recorded a vid on youtube

hard to say exactly. The wheel/hub/axel assembly should not have that much play in it at all.

Which corner is that?

Does you steering wheel shake bad when your over 50-60 ??? I had the same problem but not as loud in your vid about a year ago and it was my front axles. Once I put new axles in bye bye problem. Not saying it's for sure your problem but it was mine. Good luck dude hope this helps some how.
