Returning to stock exhaust. Stock reflash?

So i have an 2010 GSR with all AMS downpipe, high flow cat, full exhaust, UICP, intake. It does have a tune on it, not sure exactly how crazy the tune is.
I am going to return everything to stock for smog purposes. Will i need to reflash the ECU to a stock one, or will i be safe as long as i take it easy on the car?

Just dont race anyone on the way to the smog check and until you get your parts back on.
