Clutch Part Help (Evo X)

Does anyone know what this piece of the clutch is called and if the one in the picture below looks warped or damaged:

It came in a new oem clutch I ordered and I am uncertain if it needs to be replaced or is usable. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Its the wedge collar for the pressure plate. Its supposed to be wavey like that.
