you would need to pressure test the car to see where and what is leaking. coolant shouldn't be burning if it was all done right.

im not sure matt, i havent done much with running the car as i was working with another company at the time. i just set it up and sent it out to do work. If it runs more this year ill let you know....

you usually dont ever put a cooler behind an intercooler blocked by all hot components like yours is...this is a poor design buddy, there isnt enough air thats not being run into everything else...

the hd one would just have a higher clamp load on the pressure plate and would be able to handle more torque. the hd is only at a clamp load of 2950 though which is as strong as a basic act 2900 hdss...

Your missing a big equation to this whole statement...do brakes help of course...but under what type pf surface temps? If your track surface temp is 140* and your on the brakes deeper and harder you...
