Spotted a red evo 9 on Lincoln and state college I think he lives on Coffman street

~16:45 - White Evo 8 southbound on I-5 between the 91 and past the 55. Very stock looking, tinted windows.

~17:00 - WW Evo X southbound on I-5 just past the 55. Was in the #1 lane doing a steady 70-75 while a large stack of cars was waiting on him to get past the slowpokes in the other lanes, effectively lane blocking traffic, with tons of open road in front of him. Watched him in the rear view, at least a 1/4 mile away, still slowing up the #1 lane. Not cool, bro. Not cool.

The 8 probably passed him eventually too since he was averaging 75-80 and not in the fast lane.
