This video is from a mildly modded 2003 evo 8 with simple bolt on parts, about 320hp, stock brakes with upgraded pads/fluid, and toyo ra1s, pretty similiar to what a few of you drive as far as power/perfoemnace.
Tire pressures for the roval are recommended to be 4-6psi higher hot to have a higher load carrying capacity to deal with the g-forces that the banking creates. First session is usually pretty slippery especially this time of year with the slight dew on the ground in the mornings. Normally I run a few laps at 2-4 psi cold higher than normal for the whole car and check them hot after running thru the banking at speed at least 2 laps in a row, then bleed air down to even out the pressure as needed. Have a good time and be safe.
