Old Town is a nightmare in the evening hours right now.
Yesterday, it took me 30 minutes just to go down front street. Several shops are claiming that "spring breakers" have flooded the area.

Try this, go 15south.. get off of winchester and make a right at the light. Then make a left on Jefferson, and about a mile down the road on the left hand side, you'll see In N Out.
