    Dyno Database Project: Evo 9 Stock & FP Green Turbos

    If one of these is your car, please post up your modifications below and I'll add your details above your dyno chart. If you see you car's dyno and you don't wish it to be listed, say so and I'll immediately remove it.

    In order from higest peak numbers to lowest:

    Vien T. (MR. Birdie): 110 unleaded, 24.5psi, GSC S1 cams, Buschur 20g LT, Ingen Intake, Full exhaust hollowed cat. The other graph is pure 91 octane, which is a record for any evo with stock/ish turbo.


    Nathan N (screename needed) ARE YOU KIDDIN' ME? Look at this STOCK TURBO IX! 392whp/369wtq. Obviously a race fuel tune, but these results are exactly why big turbo kits aren't selling like they used to on the VIIIs. Stage 2, Cosworth cams, Fujita UICP and intake, TTech custom tuned pump and race gas map. The numbers quoted here are race gas, on pump I believe he was around 360whp.

    Hmm...i just noticed that all the graphs above have a nice big dip around 7,000RPM for the IX's. I also noticed that my AFR's go pig rich after 7,000 RPM. Any explainations?

    Its seems those cams worked well for him, although this is on 100octane, making a bit harder to tell how well the cams are performing,vs 91.
    I might give the Cosworths a shoot.....

    The 9's have more of a IPW increase at 7,000 rpm. This causes the dip. It can be tuned out with the proper ecu def or macgyvered with the fuel map.
