    I wouldn't disagree with that comment. Just remember, people have to "run what they brung," which means that tuning tech doesn't refuse to tune unless they see something plainly unsafe. Folks show up with some poorly matched mods, crappy mods, amateur installs, and some pretty tired motors.

    As the sheer number of dyno plots suggests, I'm not cherry picking only the nice results. I'm putting everything in there with the following exceptions:
    * super crappy tunes that were done by other tuners.
    * aborted tunes where it is obvious that the car had issues and was unable to be tuned.
    * simple dyno pulls were it is obvious that no tuning was done.

    Tom, I have an '05 and looks like I might want another tune (yikes). I have Walbro FP, xflash (maybe that's why? Xede better?), 264/272, shivnu signature DP, helix catback exhaust, fidenza cams....all on 91. But I remember hitting 320+ on other runs. Maybe shivnu has it on his laptop? BTW, AFR should be at what value??

    Cat or no cat? You numbers aren't bad for 91, but could be better. I don't think that the Xede is going to be the ticket for you. Since your reflash, a lot of new reflash technology has come out, specifically, the OpenEcu program, which offers far more features than the now defunct Techtom system of reflashing.

    As far as the AFRs go, Alfred's tailpipe wideband has always read a little on the high side. Yours looks fine to me.

    No! You were thinking of my 03 which I got risk of dynoflashed already and currently listed in the aftermarket turbo database. This is the 05 MR with very minimal mods. Thanks.

    Wasn't that when you were dynoflashed with SAFC tuning on top of it? I'll find it... Hang tight.

    Ok, then. I'll edit what I wrote above about mods and such. But are those the right charts? The dyno charts were from March 12, 2005.

    Hey Tom, it's me Joe AKA EvoTio on Evom. I stumbled on this thread by accident. That's my dyno sheet under Joe A. Alfred managed to squeeze out over 20 Ft Lbs more torque after I added my 10.5 hotside, ported exhaust manifold, and ported stock O2 housing. What the dynosheet doesn't show is how much more responsive and driveable my Evo is after that tune. It's funny that my horsepower didn't change much, only the torque increased. Actually I welcome the added torque. I haven't had a chance to take a clean pass at the dragstrip on my 100 octane tune. With 20 horsepower less on my 91 octane water injection map, I pulled off some 12.80's @ 105 MPH up at LACR. My previous best up there was 13.20's @ 102-103 MPH. I'm still on my V****u Stage 1. Hope to get cams in the near future.
