Thread: Long overdue thank you

    Long overdue thank you

Well i got tuned by Alfred back in mid August. The mods are in my sig. We used a 325 ml/min nozzle running 50/50 mix meth and water. It was 110* that day and managed to get 313hp/305tq. I had some ignition problems that Alfred helped me trouble shoot and fix. I was a little disappointed at the numbers, but the tune was awesome. We found out the nozzle was too small. I replaced it with a 500ml/min nozzle and will hopefully make it back there in Nov for a retune on straight meth for the big numbers.

Sorry it took me so long to post this, but I am in the Navy and travel a lot overseas. Thanks Alfred and Jenn.

Turbo has 10.5 hotside. With the meth we should have seen higher numbers.

Hopefully you go back soon and make great power!

I was there earlier this month and put down 385hp and 387tq. Alfred did a great job on the tune! I'm running straight methanol; any reason why you went 50/50 your first time?

50/50 is what Snow Performance recommends.

I wont make it back til the 2nd half of Nov. I will be in hawaii the 4th-12th, and I might have to help my father-in-law move from CO to CA. I also go in themiddle of the week since I can just give myself the day off. The joys of being a Chief.

Gregbo if you need help with the Meth kit let me know. I dont live far from you.
