I have the invidia full 3" and i love it. Remember with a 3" your gonna have to run spacers to put those bars back on... or else they wont fit.

if you go under the car by where your cat is. there are 2 bars running the width of your car. some 3" downpipes require spacers to have a no rubbing issue with it and some dont. they also make better connectors to put in place of it.

i have 3" Megan and its gangsta
welll.....i have a helix and i have no issues, some people run a megan with no rubbing or anything. there is a few more. im sure people have posted it. and between running a test or hi flow...the hi flow is safer but give more restriction, i think its safer by far incase a cop looks under your car but if you want all the power possible then run a test pipe. i had one made for like 40 bucks at a muffler shop or you can buy one from people here for dirt cheap. and they make them with o2 bung in it. just look around.

I've got a IX w/ Buschur 3" DP, NO rubbing issues whatsoever (bought used for 80 w/shipping).Â* Works perfectly.Â* I HAD an espilier CB (which resonated so badly in the cabin it wasn't even funny (headaches bad AND before running a test pipe).Â* I come from Mustangs w/no cats (so I KNEW what to expect) BUT that Espilier was LOUD (inside the cabin - sounded great outside).Â* SO I got rid of it and bought a Tanabe Concept G - GREAT exhaust comes w/test pipe.Â* Ran it for a while w/cat - smooth/quiet performance.Â* Installed Test pipe and viola - NICE - loud when you get on it...but drive regular and you have NO problems (noise wise).Â* Been pulled over twice since the complete exhaust set up and not even a comment about the exhaust.Â* So I'm happy w/it.Â*
Bushur 3" DP, Tanabe Concept G FULL 3" exhaust (Test pipe and CB).Â* The whole system fits snug and NO rubbing.Â* I hooked up an 'mechanical' O2 fix and have NO mil/SES light.Â* Â*

Again though - the DP is not a big deal - look thru the used section and see what you can pick up.Â* You save sooo much money buying used.Â* AND knowone sees the DB so it's not an issue.Â* They all work w/the same concept.Â*
Some say the 2.75" has more torque in the mid range, some say the 3" has more top end.Â* I went with the 3" because I wanted to help my top end as much as possible.Â* Is it true?Â* I have no idea.Â* I DO know that I can smoke a 2003 Mustang Cobra from a stop and I can ROLL and actually pull (ever so slowly) on it too (I feel the full 3" keeps me going up top when a lot of EVO's run out of steam.Â* So I'm VERY happy w/my exhaust.

cobb makes a good dp but its a super tight fit mine has less than 1/8" clearance between the exhaust and the b brace

what tp is it hooked up on ? does it have 3 bolts rather then the stock 2 bolts ?
