It's more like a spec-C, you buy it and mod it...

MR. CARTER....<br /><br /><br />
WEAK....I guess I am sticking to the VIII..
I'll quote some of the disappointing info:
At the test track we measured the all-wheel-drive Ralliart's maximum stick to be 0.81g on the skid pad. The last front-wheel-drive Lancer GTS we tested managed to grip better with 0.86g, and that was with all-season tires. The performance of the Ralliart also trailed in the slalom test with a 65.0-mph best to the GTS's 65.5 mph. The Evo GSR posted 0.99g and a blistering 70.7-mph run through the cones. It doesn't add up to an impressive performance by the Ralliart.
The story doesn't get much better in the braking test, either. The Ralliart, with its two-piston front calipers borrowed from the Outlander SUV, covered 128 feet stopping from 60 mph, whereas the GTS only required 118 feet. The Evo? 112 feet. Tires make a difference, don't they?
Wow....seems like the engineering just isn't there..how the heck is the GTS outperforming the RalliArt in those categories?! That design team needs to get fired!
the numbers aren't that far off from the GTS but for the price difference between the GTS and the Ralliart and again between the Ralliart and the GSR it's harder to swallow
I would LOVE a mitsu rep to explain this car to me...i am beside myself of why they would price up a car...and it be a lower performer than another car they have out?!!?
You can find the video of their review on YouTube. It looked rather sluggish coming off the line in the vid : / ... I guess I will be waiting till the 5SPD version comes out and cost $1500 less.

The review was definitely disappointing, would rather save for the MR if I was getting a X.
