Note that for tinted windows and no front plate [non correctable] it costs more than doing 90 on the freeway.

    Go California!

Wondering why a front plate ticket would be non-correctable? I got my first ever "no front plate" ticket and paid a total of $40 [$15 inspection fee to Sheriff and $25 fine/fee]

    1. The officer does not check the correctable box. Their discretion.
    2. You pay it rather than fixing it.

I know because I just got one. It was just under $350.

That's messed up. They shouldn't have a choice as it's clearly correctable.
