this may be dumb...but on the chart above, why does dyno 2 make less hp than dyno 1 when dyno 2 has the same parts as 1 plus some?

Well not all parts are created equal neither are the cars.
Once had a less restrictive exhaust from what i can tell and a different type of o2 housing

That being said the UR DP/ 02 housing's i have done are VERY hard to get smooth boost from
they have a tendancy to spike and drop then level, 5-8 of the pulls i did were to level that out
