Added the following, because sometimes people don't understand why it costs what it does to properly cycle the intended wheel/tire to measure and create clearance as necessary versus the myriad of other "options" including bolt-on fender rollers and baseball bats (the former is really not that much better than the latter):

    Muellerized Fender Rolling Motto:
"We strive to ensure the quality of the paint finish will last the life of the car loan."

Ask yourself next time you want to get this job done elsewhere if they have the same motto or if they even care about your car a year down the road.

Orlando/John -- please don't hit me when I bring in the 18x10.5s +18 on 275s...to get fitted on my X!

If anyone can pull it off, it will be Muellerized!

I won't hit you, but John might have Dale growl at you and bite your shoesÂ* ^-^

Let me guess, you saw that size on Ryan Gates' Evo X that obviously has some serious fender modifications and thought, "me too me too!"

    8)

That or maybe an unscrupulous wheel salesman?Â* We just had another customer saddened that his wheel salesman is such a "nice guy" and would charge him 15% re-stocking fee even on an exchange, stating that he's not responsible for the wheel fitting on the car.Â* What a nice guy.

If you haven't purchased these wheels yet, let us implore you to go with something more like an 18x9.5 or 18x10 with a +22 offset.Â* It will make a world of difference when it comes to trying to keep intact the integrity of your paint and the finish of your fenders.Â* We would be happy to price you on any particular wheel once you've decided on your fashion preferences, like model/style/color.

Remember everyone, it's your paint and fenders that you have to live with, not ours. We strive to do our best, but there are limits to amazing results when you choose the wheel/tire against our recommendation. Anyone looking to get a wheel/tire should contact us before they decide so that we can lend a helping hand in choosing an appropriate size/offset. We do get competitive pricing on this stuff too O0

    Thanks!

Can you post pics of 18 X 10 wheels that WILL fit the X? The "Man Sized" Wheels as John calls them....

Re: Muellerized... Fender Rolling/Clearancing for Big Wheel/Tire Packages

Actually been going back and forth with emails with you guys for a bit now -- but yes, Ryan Gates was my original inspirationÂ* Â*

I know it's not the most logical sense in size, but I just see so many people selling their 18x9.5 +22 setups in favor of something more aggressive and just didn't want to be in that same boat.Â* Like someone else said earlier, John/Orlando are like that father figure, they give you perfect advice but sometimes the bonehead inside takes over.Â* I will bring Dale some snacks for going against your recommendation!

Totally understand about the processes, and can live with them.Â* I do realize there are limits!

Good to hear you guys can do tire mounting as well -- can you get Nittos?

Why not just run a 9" wide wheel with a 275 tire?

bcuz he's ghey and likes having people repeat over and over to him that the 17 x 10 wheels WILL NOT fit his IX without major body work done to the damn car

I need to get an allignment soon and my buddy needs someone that actually knows what they are doing to check out his 300zx. No one can tell him the problem. We have went to so many people and they all just end up saying "we don't know what's wrong with it" think you guys can help? Problem is we just can't get the wheels to clear the fenders, car keeps raising and lowering when turning...

or can I have a price to look at it?

    Thanks

nothing wrong with thinking outside the box, and some people just dont mind their business when the question doesnt involved them huh...
the same can be said about aggressive off set in the past... now look at all the diff options we have available on our beloved car.
N i'm quite aware that the wheels will not fit without modifying the body.. reason why i plan to run wider front fenders and some work done on the rear fenders
a more aggressive stand if i might say, taking things the next level... before doing a wide body conversation

Please email [email protected] for an appointment. I did setup and prepared the suspension for a scca divisional champion 300zx in the early 1990s, not a problem to help your friend solve his issue, would like to see the car in person before i quote any prices. He can work directly with orlando to get us the info required to go further.

    thanks.
