    flywheel

    i cannot belive itÂ* :'(...i got sooo far on doing my clutch job and the only thing thats holding me back is the 7 nuts holding the flywheelÂ* :'(
    one was able 2 get out 6 more 2 go these guys are on pretty damn goodÂ* >

    use an impact gun n if that dont work some pb blaster and an impact gun, and if that dont work a stronger impact gun lol........sorry but theyll come out

    i kinda screw up 2 bolts already :'(
    and im also using a breaker bar and still no luck....the whole damn engine moves minus the flywheel bolts >...sooo where do i get this pb blaster ???????

    definitley use an impact gun, your just going to mess up the rest of the bolts if your going to do it with a breaker bar...

    i tried using a 90psi one but no luck

    Get a flywheel wrench or any piece of metal you can bend and drill. This is on a DSM, but the idea is the same; one bolt in the flywheel and one bolt in the block...
    If it doesn&#039;t make power, it&#039;s not worth the hour.

    yeah thats what im doing....but he damn bolts wont even move:[...the whole damn engine moves but the bolts >..like i said i was just able 2 take off one

    a 90 psi impact wont do the trick scumbee those bolts have at least a 100 lb/ft of torque to the bolts...use pb blaster spray a shit load on the flywheel dont worry about it gettin on there cuz im hopin ur gonna replace the flywheel or have it sent to be resurfaced.

    its designed to help loosen up bolts that are seized in there....primarily used for those stuck exhaust bolts but does a much better job then wd-40...u can find it at any auto parts store....its a yellow and white and black can...says PB Blaster on the front best stuff to have in any toolbox imo got 2 cans in mine haha

    +1 pd blaster works wonders on seized up bolts!

    pb blaster didnt do much..i used a electrical impact gun also no luck :'(

    ur sure ur goin the loose way with the impact.....??? dont use an electrical one use one with an air compressor....

    the bolts are off :D
    a mechanic used his snap on impact gun and they came out all fast :]

    hmmm not really sure i used everything lol......sooo does any know where i can find a diagram for the tranny????
    i cant remember where all the bolts go in

    Iimpact gun is the only way to go with the flywheel bolts
