recommended diff fluid, tranny and oil?

im new to the evo, what diff fluid,tranny fluid and oil grade should i be using and how many quarts?

also i have 5th gear grind in high speed so any good tranny fluid to help stop that?

once u change ur tranny fluid check the bolt for shavings, might be your synchro

3 quarts -for the tranny
1 quart for the diff
1 quart for the transfer case

dia queen would be the best for the transfer case and rear diff. bg synchro would be the best in the tranny

Different strokes for differnet folks. I went with with RRE recommends 45K miles ago and have yet to have a problem;
BG Syncro Shift in the tranny.
Red Line Heavyweight Shock Proof in the transfer case.
Red Line 75W/90 gear oil in the rear diff.
