Sounds good... very excited.. the only thing is that i have my whole center case apart as I was trying to get the HVAC lowered, but its proving to be a bit harder than I thought.... SO as long as you dont need the HVAC or radio or clock connected, I am down for a tune..... jitters :)Originally Posted by KT Motoring

That'll be up to Peter to disclose. What I can say is that it did break a record for an Evo on my dyno.Originally Posted by EvoIX007

^ In that case, i'm sure he felt a difference on the drive home! O0
LOL... Hey guys... been at work and did not get a chance to check in..... YES the Drive home was LOTS of fun and as expected the guys did me good, compared to what I had my car feels SOLID now. It really picks up and does not stop, so I know my car is in way better SHAPE than it was. So far NO ISSUES at all. The minor little changes I have noticed so far is the high idle on cold start, nothing bad just different, and actually now lets me know when she is warmed up and ready,... I can definitely hear the walbro pump so that was a new sound, but expected, and man the boost just holds nice and car just keeps going, o man I really hope the speed bug does not get me cuz I'm feeling it... Big difference from what I had to what I have and SOOO glad I did it...
To be honest I don’t know what the exact numbers were... so I am actually hoping K can post numbers and give a final summary on the final results, as I don’t know all that talk... I am curious to know what record I broke though?
Here is the other part of what learned last night:
While the Doctors (Phil and K) were performing surgery on my evo, they noticed some weirdness and the numbers Phil and K were expecting were not there, so now I have some work to do. Have the compression checked, get a clean air filter, STOP using ARCO crappy gas... (Thanks for insight on ARCO gas Gordon) so I will switch it up to 76 or SHELL as here those are the best for our cars, and finally have the HI FLOW CAT looked at and or replaced as Phil thinks there is some type of restriction issues with my car, and that’s a good place to start. After that when they get the chance they can check it out again and see if there is a difference.
BOTTOM LINE - Very happy that I took the car and have it tuned; Car is faster, safer, and had the guys looked at my car and can begin the process of getting my car back to its FULL potential. Thanks KT and Phil for the TUNE and thanks DAVE for the 65k service you guys are great and I will be coming back for much more work.

Another satisfied customer from KTM!!! O0
theres a few issues that need to be ironed out w/ Pete's car... Once we asses/rectify the situation, the car will hit the dyno again, for final results.
I'll have the cold start high idle taken care of, w/ the next flash.

PM replied thanks for the info Phil.... for guys who were asking about number here they are. This is part of what Phil sent about the numbers... and again to show you the proffesionalism and great work ethic that these guys have; intstead of tunning my car and sending me on my way, the guys showed real concern for my car and new that there may be somthing going on and let me know about it like a good tech should.. I think anyone else would have took my money and sent me on my way....
Here is what PHIL wrote
The map on your car is conservative.
Power wise, if I remember correctly, u made ~ 245hp/260tq @ 23 psiÂ* add 15-16% to get your dynojet #'sÂ* = ~ 285/300tq
I have not dynoed a completely stock 8 myself, and apparently I was off on my guesstimation.Â* But, upon some research, stock 8's make ~ 180-190hp on this dyno.Â* Now considering that, your not too far off where u *should* be...Â* Â*
intake = ~ 25-30 ish
HFC = ~ 15 ish
Exhaust = 25-30 ish
IC piping =Â* maybe 10-15
So lets say u should be up ~85-90 hp.Â* Lets also say u baselined @ 190 (high side) and u made 245 = 55hp gain.

^ Nice numbers for minimal mods + no cams.
Probably night and day difference to how it was before.
