kudos to massimo power

took my second girlfriend to massimo for the 61K maintenance at corona, i kinda sceptical at first because first he gave me too good to be true deal and also would be my first time for my EVO IX touch by someone other then me and my close buddy back home who happened to be known tuner in his country who paid a visit to US a couple years ago for his vacation and molested my EVO :oops:
Maurice is pretty detail person and takes his pride doing the work he is doing.
trust me i asked a quote for the service from most vendors that he won my money O0
i am pretty anal when dealing with my EVO so its hard to please me but massimo does!!
the thing i noticed tho, he quoted me mobil 1 oil but he gave me castrol syntec!!
which i let it slide because i personally use that oil for my BMW E90 as well then again that oil is life time deal from the dealer
as soon as the service done upon testing my "service engine soon" comes on which i believe its got nothing to do with the service massimo performed, because its not the first time happened, its the second time, the first time happened months in advance and magically gone, so is this one magically gone too without doing any reset..my gut feeling told me its the emission stuff like the O2 sensor if anything..im going to pay autozone a visit to borrow their scanner
now all she need is new spark plugs, new mini battery( the current one has dead cells) and new set of tires..JLB gave me very good price OTD for NT05 for my set-up.

my observation on my own EVO things are good in well order the only thing is bad is the serpentine belt, then again i skipped it at 30K

thats true i even would not notice it anyway even if he add it with PROLINE 20-50, or even if he add my radiator with horse piss
battery would not trigger check engine light as long as alternator is fine..and yes massimo power is one of a kind vendor and a man of his word
anyway the battery is replaced just now earlier..
