HELP PLEASE!!! Got pulled over in my new evo X (speeding), don't know what to do

Hey folks, I really need your advises. The first day I picked up my evo I tried to enjoy it and try it out, I get a ticket

This is what happened, I was on the 5-N Tustin Ranch as I go onto the freeway I switch to the far left lane right away, and then this was around late 1 am or 2am no cars on the freeway. So unintentionally I speed up to around i think 100mph and then I see the cops behind be telling me to exit the freeway and then I got pulled over! So I was begging him to write me lower than 100mph but he wouldn't, also I asked how did he knew I was going that fast he said he followed me onto the freeway and then radared me (there was two cops in one cop car). So finally he wrote me down as 105mph and no proof of insurance (becuase i just got the car). The codes are 22348(b) and 16028(a).

My main concern is what should I do with the speeding ticket? I dont mind paying, I just don't want points nor my license suspended....I recently just took care of my other speeding ticket which was 83mph on a 65mph toll road(this was is my gf's landrover). So I really can't get another one....

SO I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP GUYS!! I never hired a lawer before so please update me on this information!! PLEASEEEEE !!

And Stop speeding around in the EVO let alone in the OC area that's a big no no. You can also try traffic school if you haven't done it yet. If so, then you might be a little screwed. Just be happy he didn't impound your car for going over 99 O0

Well I did traffic school back in 2008 december. I think I have to wait a full year and a half to be able to retake it. Becuase i wasnt able to take traffic school on my last ticket.

yeah i just checked actually, it says 18 months...

For the speed the officer marked you down for, you will not be getting traffic school. Most judges won't grant traffic school for speeds 25mph over posted limit. If convicted, you'll receive 2pts on your record, possible license suspension for at least a month, a fine between 800 to 1000 dollars, and a huge price increase in insurance. Best advice, get a lawyer!!!!

Forgot to mention, the 800 to 1000 dollar fine will be only for exceeding 100mph. Hopefully the car was already insured before you got the citation, if not, expect another expensive violation fee.

The car was already insured but not by my insurance, so that should do it right?

I didnt really do traffic school recently, I did it about 14 mo ago.. I got a ticket recently tho, but with no traffic school.

traffic school + stop speeding= no points and no more tickets. Done!

edit: i just saw you did traffic school according to the dmv you can do traffic school twice in 18 months BUT it will show if they ever run youre driving record but it wont count against you.. get it?

edit #2: lol i just remebered that after 95 youre not eligable for traffic school i dont even think its an infraction anymore.. its more severe. Yep license suspended is expected. I guess you can only kiss the judges ass and tell him stuff so he could feel sorry for you and atleast not suspend youre license.
