    Curious, why did you want a map for 87, and 91?

    87 is cheaper then 91

    assuming you save $.20 per gallon that would be roughly $2 per tank. if the tune was $500 that is going to take 250 tanks of fuel to pay for itself and thats if the 87 achieves the same mpg as the 91.

    assuming 91 is $3.30($3,013) and 87 is $3.10($2,830) and you drive the avg of 15K miles per year @ 230miles per tank, you would save approx: $183.00

    is it worth the power loss etc. ???

    For this particular guy, the company pays for 87 so it is free. The additional tune for 87 octane was $130. He switches with the cruise control button ($30 goes to Tephra).

    The 2nd toon pays for its self after about 2 tank fulls :-)

    He'll prolly get better mileage on the 87 tune since there is less reason to mash the gas pedal to the floor.

    Power loss is negligible and since 87 is free for him then its an no brainer

    if 87 is free, thats all you have to say, i woulda done the same thing if i was in your shoes and i do drive that much or even more
