UNDERCOVER CHP: BEWARE OF WHITE F-250

I just got home.

805 South, between the 15S offramp and the I-94 exit.

I noticed an old maroon Mitsu or a Dodge stealth behind a white F-250 on the middle shoulder. I thought it was an accident and that's the reason why traffic was a bitch.

Then I noticed the bar lights going off inside the rear window of the F-250 and a CHP Uniform officer came out.

Guy got a ticket.

The F-250 has plane plates (not the exempt ones), un-marked.

end of the month, they are getting creative.

Be careful out there.

A few months ago in Orange on the 5S near the block I saw the same thing.Â* It looked like a pack of them since I saw 6 cars (3 cars pulled over one car each) on the side of the road.Â* They were unmarked/undercover cops.Â* One was a F150, another was a Mini-van (older generation dodge caravan i think), and the last was a ford escort.Â* Each had blue and red lights hidden behind their tinted windows or front grill.Â*

Bull sh*t if you ask me. lol

I'm a bit lost right now.......does the bold part mean they CAN pull you over for speeding?

I know what you're saying, but I saw what I saw. Seems the code was from 2002. Might have this been changed?

I don't know what to tell you. If I was the driver earlier, I won't even stop since it was unmarked. Next thing you know it's the fake cop here in SD.

damn...well my buddy who is a cop said that technically u don't have to stop for an unmarked vehicle whether it's flashing blue or red lights up the ass. i have had friends that have the red and blue lights that flash and we have messed around and pulled cars over when we were younger in my friend's cts and sped off right after they pulled over.

don't stop unless it's a black and white marked vehicle or an all white chp. you are not stopping for your own protection. that's something they can't blame you for. they can always follow you with the lights on and wait for a black and white to join up and then u gotta pull over.
i couldn't think of a good signature.

I know what you guys are saying.

It's a simple heads up. I don't know why would the unmarked F250 would do that.

Take it as a grain of salt or be cautious, it's up to you.

I just want to put it out there so you won't get blindsided

I've got a couple friends who are ice agents and their rides are all un-marked. Could have been a sting involving multiple agencies.

Re: UNDERCOVER CHP: BEWARE OF WHITE F-250

Seen a couple of those, but the ones I seen were 1 white and 1 maroon colored Chevy malibu's, these guys run no plates and I've seen them pull people over on the side of the freeway. ONLY on the 15 freeway also, maybe because its a highly used drug route :?

Re: UNDERCOVER CHP: BEWARE OF WHITE F-250

I highly doubt these are CHP but rather ICE or DEA. Has anyone gotten pulled over and questioned to verify this? I have seen a few of these unmarked SUV's and mini vans with lights inside on their top side of their windshield and behind their grill. They operate in multiple units when they do pull car(s) over simultaneously. Also there had been a news report recently about fake unmarked black and whites patrol cars where an old man posed as an officer asking women to do sexual favors in leu of "breaking the law"

The only all white chp truck I have seen is this
http://www.flickr.com/photos/mr38/3315174318/
and the black and white Chevy 1500 truck that pulls over big rigs

Re: UNDERCOVER CHP: BEWARE OF WHITE F-250

you are retarded if you think its ICE or DEA. you're telling me they are gonna waste time to pull you over and give you a ticket? Alotttt of assumptions coming out of here.

i've seen some F-150's in the vehicle line-up of local law enforcement in Victorville and Simi Valley but they were pretty damn obvious though, not un-marked yet. i've also seen a damn Ford Ranger as well, but don't remember exactly where i saw that shit at...
