I like it! The ecoboost engines are the shit as well.. Can't argue with something that works so well.

Ford needs to quit dicking around and offer us the AWD version like they do in Europe

If you are talking about the Euro Spec RS then that thing isn't AWD either. Lol Lame as fuck really. But any street Version of these newer Turbo 4 banger FORD's are just FWD. Only the actual Rally car version of the Focus is AWD.

The good ol' days of the AWD Cosworth Escort's and such are gone. FORD engineers admit to trying to make these new RS models AWD and said they found the car to work better as a FWD.

How does the fwd work better then then the awd? What did they base this on??? Just curious?

    Re: 2013 turbo ford focus

I don't think it does really. If the FWD layout of the platform was really that superior then why would they even use an AWD layout for Rally? There are plenty of FWD Rally cars why not just stick to wrong wheel drive in Rally as well?

It probably has to do with money. The AWD must drive the price of that RS through the roof. Its already damn expensive as it is.

If you have been following the production of this car then you know it will be an ass kicker. I am looking forward to seeing what it can do. They have significantly upgraded the suspension to handle the inevitable torque steer issues and from what I have read the results are amazing.

I wasn't referring to paper...except for the fact that I read it on paper and that it was put to paper by the Professional Racer who was writing his impressions on paper...or e-paper..or internet..or blog...or some other paper replacement
