Alright here is the story I went to purchase parts from Reese tuning around 4 gran worth of parts October of last year and I was gonna have it schedule for installation the following week but it happens to be that they where so back up that they have to reschedule it till late next month sounds good right? but then i found out that i am going overseas for a couple of months so I told them to get hold of my parts that I purchased from them and they say yes they will hold it for me and we will have the installation when i comeback. alright 5 months later i went back to his shop and asked for the parts that I ordered and to my dismay the parts where not in their shop i had the receipt and everything so I just decided just to cancel the parts since they didn't purchased the parts so I asked for my refund and its been a month now since they promise that they gonna write me a company's check i call their shop almost everyday for a month now still nothing they don't answer the phone or emails that i sent to them hopefully they will talk to me this week because i'm so tired of them ditching me again and again. I am now talking to our legal office and asking them to help me to get my refund back hopefully Ill win this battle.
