Call me Crazy, but in all honest.... One of the REAL main reasons on why I Back my car into parking spaces is so when a retard does ricer shit and so happens to crash into my car, Insurance will fix the car for the fact it's front end damage which can ALL be repaired VS the Rear of the car which has to be chopped and Welded AKA to insurance not Safe/Worth it/and Expensive.

Now yes I understand this isn't your fault.... it's just the reason to why I back in my spots in case of an accident and reply to insurance not wanting to fix your car and call it "totaled"

Plus I noticed you have a JDM rear..... Good luck with insurance on that end. JDM Rear + Accident = Bye Bye.

oh man! im so sorry to hear all this, my X has had a bout of bad luck these days.Â* I would try to petition anything and everything but like AlphaKennyBody said, a lot of the variables aren't favorable because MOST insurance companies just want the cheapest way out.Â* I actually got full KB value for my civic when it got totalled except i took my radio out and they deducted like 50 bucks for it.

I had a steel plate slice thru my door panel out... and weeks later, I got rear ended recently by someone who had pretty bad insurance... I had to fight for WEEKS but the persistance paid off.Â* I got all my expenses paid and my rental was covered, but they were giving me the run around.Â* I was in the Insurance industry so if you have ??s let me know!Â* I hope everyone is okay

I'd be going crazy with the mofo that caused all that. That's why I have underinsured motorist coverage... That way the insurance will deal with them directly.

Crash beam or not your still fucked.... The Crash beam just makes an EVEN impact when you get rear end... it has nothing to do with coverage on Insurance, Tampering or Modifying the crash beam is illegal and is a definite void. It's a risk you take when you run a JDM REAR. Therefore the reasons why we have USDM rears in the first place.... ugly as shit but works on impact.

underinsured motorist still will mean you have to file a deductible and possible rates going up. Go after his insurance so it doesnt get tagged onto yours.
