Just noticed today that mine was hanging down & at work so I can't get under the car to see exactly what it is for.
Is it for the plastic lining for the wheel well? This is on the passenger side right behind the oil cooler as you can see it in these photos.

huh your lower intercooler piping? circle the "piece" in the pic so we can have an idea at what your pointing too?
Anything plastic is most likely your underpanel, probably tore it up on a driveway or something?

i think its just some wheel well cover? totally forgot. i mustve removed that piece long ago cause i can see my oil cooler in plain sight looking thru my wheel well
it just to flap around and i ziptied it thru its holes and to around my LICP but i think i got tired of it and pulled it off LOL
i think it is a mount for the undertray?
