JFA EVO 9 MR - Track and Mountain Yeah
I'm bummed it didn't make it but more importantly it gets done to my satisfaction. I am grateful for all the support I have been given. But at the end of the day a lot of this stuff has to do with my safety. So it would not look good if said supporter would be upset because they wanted this stuff to be rushed and possibly half-assed with my safety. Nobody wants that liability.
Wow that is one clean Evo. Congrats on progress.
the gauge mounts are such a clean add in!
Thanks for all the kind words everyone and merry christmas to you all!
I know its been awhile for some updates. The latest is the following:
Due to finding out the voltex cyber bumper does not clean any of the pre-fabbed FMIC kits we had to fab our own which will include hydraflow clamps. In so doing we decided to order a custom core from Garrett to our spec to fill the entire mouth of the beautiful bumper. Also end tanks will be fab'd to fit beautifully within its frame. Also the bumper does not clear the engine oil cooler, oil filter, tranny oil cooler, and power steering oil cooler, we also have to remove and mount some of the hardlines up front. Due to all of this this has put the build in a delay cause we had to wait for the core. Took about 7 weeks to arrive. However we made some headway and we finally were able to fit the bumper on the car and I took some quick shots of it. Pics do not do this thing justice.
Wow, that is seriously sick.
Accusump? Why no dry sump?
Doh! My bad. OK now that makes sense. :)
Nice, lololol
Great work going on here!
Thank you. I know its been awhile since I have updated this thread. We are coming down to the home stretch and it is getting close to being finished. I will post pics soon.
^ Glad to hear this. Looking forward to the finished product!
Will it be at SEMA?

Almost 2 years old wait.. Hope this year finally could be done.
This Evo is a joke to the Evo community !! All knock parts, Mickey Mouse work, and a losser of a owner. Worst build I've seen.
any updates on this one? Curious of how it looks now..
Thanks and no it will not. The timing is just not optimal for me to reserve a spot at a booth. So I decided not to register. Now the car may be done in time but I still do not think it will. I am hoping it will be done by the end of the year. Reason it took so long was honestly just waiting for parts and materials. We did not get all the voltex parts in till about 18months. So that was 18 months of down time because in order to do other things you need to have those items in to build around it.
Same here buddy I hope as well.
Lmao shhh don't tell everyone the truth. My magic skills are amazing!
I will post some photos soon of the progress.
