That doesnt look like a gauge pod per se. Most likely it is a DIY job with the standard carbon fiber dash trim piece, holesaw or dremel, autometer gauge collars/cups, and prosport gauges.
If it were actually created/designed as a whole pod assembly from the begining, I would think the gauges would be tilted towards the driver and would be carbon fiber like the rest of the piece.
