Troll somewhere else? I want to troll you because you're a fking idiot.
You want a 1000HP car, but don't know what you want, 2.0, 2.3 or 2.4......obviously stick to a 2.0. You better have some DEEP fking pockets to blow out like it's couple pennies.
What are you going to do on about your tranny, transfer case, rear differential, your entire brakes/braking system, and the list goes on......oh wait you're keeping it stock. Never mind, SMART GAI!
Lol babyevo you my friend are funny. You really have no clue on anything. You really should go troll somewhere else. Please do me a favor and research a little. Matter of fact just look up who won last years MOD dyno competition. That will help you out alot.
^Number 1 was e85 on a 2.3l, with a GT37 varient and made ~970whp. Number 2 was also on e85, 2.3l, was running a GT35 varient, and made ~860whp. I have to say, if you look at the charts, number 2's looked like a much more fun car to drive but both of the cars weren't revving to some crazy high RPM either. The higher the RPM, the faster your drivetrain components are going to wear out.
My vote is 2.3l, and get the smallest turbo possible to attain your goals. Also, if you are running that high hp and are planning to drive your car around instead of trailering back and forth to the dragstrip, I wouldn't do a FF setup. I like having more cooling capacity vice looking cooler.

yeah 1000whp is just for dyno bragging rights and nothing more. Won't be practical or any fun. 500whp-700whp would be more fun/driveable than 1000whp.

Maybe I missed something. The cars I was talking about were both GG IX's. One was a young skinny white guy (winner), the other was a mid-late 20's average sized black guy (2nd place).

The black guy took third. The blue ams evo took second.
Im planning on running at least e85.
With everything set on "KILL" maybe even that E-85 mixed with race gas for consistency. Keep it to maybe just 700 whp on plain old pump E-85 :-)
Heard some rumors of potential new record setting dyno numbers for the dyno contest @ MOD this year. Numbers approaching the AMS 1200 whp pulls back in 2009.
