I sold my 42R IX w/a blown motor (2.0) a few weeks ago. Car had everything done to it- no expense spared. Was a previous shop car in AZ. Not only is this goal silly, but the car will never be reliable and it will be a complete waste of money. You said you don't even want to drag it? In all seriousness, you'd be smart to start out with a GTR for that kind of power if you care at all about reliability. I know the shop that built the one I just sold went through at least 3 blocks while they had it, aside from all the fuel system issues they never sorted out.
If you really have to do it to an Evo though, I wish you GL. At least when you pop the hood, you'll have the biggest sausage magnet ever! (Your secret real goal?)

I just had to buy some VP Q-16 for a 700+ WHP car that Scot tuned last night that lives in E-85 No Man's Land. $97 out the door for 5 gallons! Cheap E-85 has spoiled us.
