Yea those areas are fine. Like I said, surrounding areas haha. Just dont really like anaheim/santa ana/fullerton areas. Been renting around there for 5 years and its all just ghetto.
Your average single bedroom in irvine is like $1,600-$1,800 LOL you gotta pay to play!!!! $1k will get you a nice spot in the area's you mentioned and even then I doubt it.........

Theres the aspens 1375ish and u get a garage i think. Costa mesa is harder for that price. I live behind metropointe abd its like 1900 for an apt with garage.
